Complaints procedure

It is important that you feel comfortable with your midwife and the ultrasound technician because being pregnant is already exciting enough. That’s why we do everything we can to provide you and your baby with good guidance. It’s important that your contact with the midwife and other professionals in our practice is both professional and pleasant. However, it may happen that you have a complaint.

1. Discuss your complaint with your midwife or ultrasound technician.

Do you have questions? Or doubts? Are you dissatisfied with something? Tell us. We are happy to take the time to talk with you calmly.

2. Involve our complaints officer.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with us, or if you need help filing a complaint, please contact the complaints officer at the CBKZ (Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare). They are impartial, work independently, and are happy to assist you with support and advice. The complaints officer also mediates in finding a solution. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential.
